Hello Dennis, no unfortunately there is not draft process on Apple books. However, you are able tp update your book, so if you find a typo or issue, you can update it later on.

I will publish this as a hardbound book because I’m old-school, and my children and my (many) relatives in England will receive copies since they have contributed to it. The book will be free for the recipients. I am thinking of also doing an eBook because the number of printed copies needed for the children of my wife’s siblings and their children would exceed my budget. The book would be free. Can I publish a “draft” version of the book as an eBook, just to experiment with the process?
